Here you can see the artistic process of three graphic novels and a video game I'm working on: CAPTOR, SEVEN, AUTUMN [collaboration with Dylan Andrejic], and SWEET SCREAMS [collaboration with Jae Camedon].

CAPTOR [67]

9/16 - 9/22

DOCUMENTATION:

I'll explain the documentation method I'll be using. Instead of posting a picture of what I did each individual day, I'll just show the week summary. Since there are days where I work on different projects, such as other comics or collaborative things with other students, it's best to just show one photograph of what I did within the 5 days, and give a time stamp of "amount of hours I worked" over "hours required" throughout the week.

WORK: 4.5 hours/2.5 hours

REFLECTION: So far so good. Chapter four, typed on the side of the photo, was three pages long in google docs but amounted to 18 drawn pages, and the "END OF CHAPTER" page as the 19th. It's fairly short, as there isn't much action being shown, but moreso text. The following chapter will make up for action greatly, as it is five pages typed in google docs. That will be shown weeks later. I did slack a bit this week, as I did most of my work on Friday and Saturday due to events planned during the week and still trying to adjust to homework and remaining on task of everything. I'll balance out next week, I'm sure of it, because once I start working on a chapter, I tend not to stop working on it. It's the "zone" phase of working, where there is nothing but you and the thing you're doing, whether drawing, playing piano, writing, etc.

AOG: On task. All of chapter 4 was sketched. Rescheduled looking for a publisher until there are enough pages published. As of today, only 54 pages publicly shown on Smackjeeves.
